If Marcus is going to move the guard, he needs more than bodies on a road. He needs to know where the bandits watch from, which route their patrols favor, and where the line thins out. I've marked three likely positions along the eastern road. Get close enough to confirm each post and make a clean map. Don't linger just to start a fight—the information is what matters.

Good map. Their western watch is isolated, the road patrol loops predictably, and that forward post is the hinge in the whole line. That's the opening Marcus needs. Between this and whatever Anderson pulled off their strategy table, we've finally got a picture worth carrying to command.
