Catch and Cook
Mara wants you to catch a sunfish and cook it with raw meat so you learn how fishing can prepare you for a difficult fight.

On offer
A fresh catch can do more than fill your belly. Cook it properly and it can keep you standing when the forest turns mean. Cast into the water beside camp and land a sunfish — and take a pinch of my lucky bait. With it on your hook, the next fish to strike will be a sunfish, and it won't keep you waiting. I'm giving you a piece of raw meat too; open Cooking and combine the two to make an Ironhide Roast. Cook one and bring it back. The roast is yours to keep.

My lucky bait is on your hook — cast into the water beside camp and a sunfish will strike fast. Once you have it, open Cooking and make an Ironhide Roast with the fish and the raw meat I gave you.
On completion
There you are. Catch what the water gives you, cook it into something useful, and eat before a hard fight. Use that Ironhide Roast from your inventory and it will grant you 3 Armor for 2 hours. A little preparation goes a long way out here.
