While your War Anthem swells, your notes strike harder — spells against enemies have a 15% chance per rank to deal bonus arcane damage that grows with every Anthem stack.
Your war-anthem hardens you in the fray — when you are struck you have a 30% chance to raise a Bulwark Chant, reducing damage taken by 12% for 5s.
While your War Anthem swells, your strikes command the field — spells against enemies rip 6 extra threat per rank, plus 6 more per rank at 3 and again at 5 Anthem stacks, letting you peel foes off your allies.
Lulling Discord becomes Silencing Discord — the debuff silences for 1s instead of rooting, and every foe silenced still feeds your War Anthem.
Your controlling anthem sustains you — while your War Anthem swells, your spell hits have a 20% chance per rank to refund 5 mana.
Song of Rhythm becomes Furious Rhythm — smaller regen plus +5% movement speed to allies.
Dissonance strikes a harsher chord — its cooldown is reduced by 6 seconds and every foe it snares is wrenched toward you with 20 bonus threat, sharpening your peel.
While your War Anthem swells, being struck has a 30% chance per rank to ground you behind your guard — +10 armor and 8% damage taken reduction for 6s.
CAPSTONE — intone a binding dirge that roots every nearby foe in place and leaves them slowed. Every foe bound feeds your War Anthem.
Talent points are earned one per level from level 3, for 18 in total. Tiers unlock on points already spent in this specialization.
