The command study is on the western side of the northern camp, near the large shelters.
On completion
The water was a delivery route for his binding residue. Breaking the field operation should stop new contamination, though the marsh will take time to recover. These last pages mention a door farther north. Whatever is beyond it, Voss was supplying that too.
