Those casks are marked for Shatterpass. We already paid for them in copper and labor. Recover six sealed casks from the western depots. Check around the tents at Rivetclaw Works and the Stolen Cistern. Do not bring me open barrels full of sand.

Six intact delivery seals. There are spare caches if a depot has already been picked clean.

That is drinking water, cooking water, and a little left for the wounded. I will keep the seals; they are proof that we paid.
