Direct Holy Bolt, Holy Blast, Holy Fire and Smite impacts restore 10 + 40% Wisdom to the most injured nearby ally every 1.5 seconds; selected modes change this delivery. Healing scales with authored cast time relative to 2 seconds, with a 1.5-second minimum; separate hits and proc damage do not award extra heals.
